Which eyeshadows are good for the smoky eye look?

Is there a brand and shades that you like to use?Which eyeshadows are good for the smoky eye look?
If you want something cheaper.. go to maybelline... they have a really good black/white/gray combo that almost looks wet! i get compliments on it alllllllllllllll the time.





Urban decay has really good makeup too. They have a black called oil slick and you can use any other ones like the Uzi and Midnight Cowboy. I would check out those eyeshadows too they are sweet. Be careful though because with smoky eye.. its really easy for the shadows to make that crease after a few hours... urban decay has a eye shadow primer and my shadow stays on forEVER. Blue eyes-blue,green,brown and gold looks best. For Brown eyes-Pink,purple or brown. For hazel-Brown or blue. Other eye colours suit dark colours. L'OREAL PARIS color appeal trio pro is great for brightening up tired,gloomy eyes.Apply eyeshadow on the top of your eyelids,getting lighter as you reach your eyebrow. yeah a couple of round in the ring with George St pierre or Anderson Silva seem to leave a lot of eyes with that smoky ringed look. If you last long enough in the octagon with either, you just might earn your smoky eye
Sephora has really good makeup, but it can get expensive. so stick to the actual sephora brand, which is the cheapiest. they have eyeshadow duos for $16 and they always stay on. www.sephora.com

gel eyeliner by bobbi brown or mac... for smudging...


and dark purple or gray eye shadow works...


but black eyeliner is a total MUST!!!

Grey, Black, when you put these colors on rub it around sooooo it looks misty.
any will do,, just have to be dark
