How do I make the smoky eye look?

I have Almond shaped, brown eyes and product names and technics are very much appreciated!How do I make the smoky eye look?
I love smoky eyes.





what you want to do is start with a nice base. i recommend hardcandy in techno because its a palatte of four. start with the white..which you smooth all over your eye..if you rub it in enough you will see the color take on a slight purple sublte hue.





since you already have almond eyes all you want to do is follow that shape with the lightest gray color. going up in the arch of your eye. take the black with sparkles along the bottom rim of your eye and slightly up forming an even more accentuated almond. dont over do the black because it can be a bit messy practice makes perfect.





finally mascara. dont forget that smoky eye can be done in any color not just black.How do I make the smoky eye look?

Use contact lens
Use a soft eye pencil, lay it in the sun for a little while to warm it. Use a dark color like charcoal, or black if you dare. Line your eyes outside of the lashes. If your pencil has a smooth round bottom on it use it as a tool to smudge the eyeliner, or use your finger.


Another alternative is to apply your mascara and blink hard before it dries. Quickly smudge the mascara til it's even and smooth and smokin'.

first dont go with black use rich dark browns... black will make your eye look squinty. apply a light base to your eyelid and brow, next apply a dark chocolate in the crease of your eye with a sweeping motion from corner to corner, when you reach the outter corner draw the brush down to the lash line and blend on to the eye lid
I love mac makeup and brushes. u can use a grey or brown to get a smokey look. i use mac brush # 224 it is a blending brush and where u put the brush is where is color goes. so u can control the color.
