Ok, so i look at a victoria secret catalog and I love the way their eyes look. its looks smokey but it also looks like they have eyeshadows under there eyes but i dont know how they do it because i always try to do it but i never looks good. does anyone have any good tips?How can I get the Victoria's Secret smokey eye look?
Try the makeup bracd websites such as Max Factor, Maybelline etc. They usually give you tips there.
