Right, I mean romantic and a bit dramatic one.
I have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes
links to pitures are welcome :)
thank you! What's the best way to apply black eye shadows and to have a smokey eye look appropriate at the daytime?
hmm well i do that look all day every day lol
so i put dark brown on my eye lids and on the corner of my eye and above that on the cease right below the eyebrow bone i put on like a hazy mocha color [[ kind of copperish ]]. and then i wipe a q-tip over my eyes so they blend together where they meet so the colors don't look to bold by themselves. because that just ruins the smokey look. =]]
then i put on mascara [[ i have dark hair ]] so i use black you might you dark brown or black whatever hair color you have. then i put on eyeliner [[ same with masacara color ]] and if i wanna be dramatic with it ill put the copperish mocha color by my pupils and rub it in [[ it makes you look more awake at the same time ]] and i mix the brown with the mocha color and put a LITTLE under my eyes just like a centimeter under my eyes so it doesnt look like you havent slept in a couple days lol but anyways yeah
thats pretty much what i do every day and it makes my eyes look pretty much gorgeous...or so the guys say lol

the key is always blending!!! especially for the daytime- you want a lightger color on your inner eye and eye lid and then graduating to the darker shade.
youtube has some AWESOME makeup tutorials!

Put eyeliner first then put fake thick eyelashes then make a thick gray shadow line right above the eyeliner then u all done....
I absolutely love smokey eye, I even tried it today with purple and dark purple. Out of all make up techniques that's my favorite one. I hope this one helps you out. You can follow that but use your own colours as well.
Well if you want it to be ';softer'; and appropriate for day time use dark brown! Line underneath your bottom lashes and blend a little bit beyond the outer corner of your eye. Take this line and blend up into crease. Apply mascara and line eyes. you could use this technique with blue, black,or any other color you wish!
