How do you get the Miley Cyrus eye look from the 7 things video?

I know its all mascara and eyeliner, but can anyone shed any light on what kind (liquid/pencil) what color eyeshadow, where to apply, etc? Thanks.How do you get the Miley Cyrus eye look from the 7 things video?
Her shadow reminds me of Lancome's ';waif,'; so apply that on your lid and then just use any matte white shadow to highlight your brow bone. For the liner, use a charcoal liner of your choice, line the top lash line and then smudge. Don't smudge too far up or you'll lose the waif. Line your bottom lash line and smudge again. I'd take a black and line the bottom waterline, also. Then apply mascara.
