How do you get the frosty eye look?

I have ggreenish gray eyes and i want to try that frosty eye look with make up. any pointers or websites?How do you get the frosty eye look?
1. Prepare your eyes for makeup by using an eye primer on the upper lids.





2. Apply a shimmery white or silver eyeshadow to your eye lids.





3. Using a white eye pencil, smooth on some white liner onto your waterlines.





4. Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler.





5. Apply a generous coat of black mascara to the upper and lower lashes.





6. Finish off the look with a dust baby pink blush


and a coat of clear lip gloss.

Try And Use Different Shades of Blue, Mostly light blues or grey blues.





Also white glitter Shadow will go nice and grey shadow





Try and use those colours and blend it in by starting with a dark colour then an lighter colour after and just blend

you can use shimmery white,blue, or pale pink eyeshadows, blended nicely up to your crease in order to get the look.
i think u should use some white eyeshadow or cream and then u could add some glitter and makebe a winter color to it.
