Use a gray or silver eyeshadow. Line the bottom with black eyeliner and the top with a dark brown liquid eyeliner. Use a brush to sweep across the lid. Add a white eyeshadow towards the eyebrow. Don't overdo it though. Practice will make perfect.

the smokey look is done by applying a darker shade and then smudging it dark charcol grey works best, don't apply the eyeshadow up to far on the lid use a champagne or very pale pink highlighter.
I start by using a nude eyeshadow base- I really like Clinique touch tint in Sable Shimmer or Nude Glow. Then do a shimmery nude shade from lash to brow. Cover Girl makes a nice one called Mink, but I like Truffle from Ulta. Do a nice heavy liner (I like to go with a dark brown but black works great too of course) and then smudge it just a little by running your finger over it or the smudger if one comes on the end of your liner. Apply a second layer of liner by your lashes and then take a thin shadow brush and go over the liner with a shadow that is a similar color. The shadow will soften up the liner quite a bit and is the trick to smoking up the eye. The trick is to use a softer textured liner so you can smudge it up well. Once you get the darker colored shadow over the liner, it will 'set' the liner so it won't smudge more. Do I even have to mention a heavy hand with the mascara? Good luck!
grey, brown or black. Take whatever color you chose and line your lashes like it were eyeliner. Then take your finger or a clean applicator and spread the shadow up towards your eyebrow. It should be the darkest at the lash line and lightest at the top
for smokey eyes the best colors are usually dark blue , grey/silver or black. start by first sprinkling the eye shadow and then spreading it however you want it. to make it look misty, use little but if u want to accentuate then use the eye shadow a little more heavily
My fav! For your hair and eye color, you should try either a green or purple smokey eye. To do the smokey eye effect you need three different shades, one light, medium, and dark. I would suggest Bon Bons Sparkle eye dust trios, there pretty cheap but really good. You will also need black eyeliner and mascara. First apply the lightest color all over your eye, brow to lash, it will catch the light and illuminate your eyes. Next, apply the middle shade to your lids only. Then apply the darkest shade to the creases and inside corners of your eyes, of you are using a dark purple or gold shadow, black shadow works best for this. Tap your eyes with a tissue to blend. Next pull your upper lash line straight and hold your liner as close to your lashes as you can and apply a thick line, do the same to your bottom lash line. Finish off your look by curling your lashes and applying a black thickening mascara. Viola! Sexy, sultry, perfectly smokey eyes for any occasion! Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Get a dark grey or black pencil eye liner, apply as usual, then smudge it so both eyes are even. As an option you can add a greyish eye shadow over the lid for depth.
