I have a five year old cocker who just had her cherry eye fixed on Thursday. I can still see the very red third eyelid protruding in front of her eye. Is this just post op swelling that will go down or should I be concerned they did not fix the eye properly?

my dog had the same thing, the first time they didnt fix it right and it didnt look too good, but when they fixed it it was a little swollen, wait a few days and if it doesnt go down taker her back to the vet
