When the whites of the eyes are yellow, it can indicate jaundice (which would mean an issue with the liver, like hepatitis). But it doesn't always mean it's a liver issue. Is your skin yellow, too? Could be Jaundice. You probly have some kind of viral infection, go to the doctor, they can probly take care of it with some antibiotics.
Call your doctor. It could be a liver issue
If there is anything seriously wrong with your liver, you get icterus or yellowing of the sclera or the white part of the eye. Hepatitis can do this.
