how can i make my eye make up eg: maskara eyeliner smudge down my cheek to look like ive been crying?How can i make my eye makeup look like ive been crying?
I would pour water on your eyes and make sure you put al ot of eye make up on and make it black. i would spray wter and drag it down with a tissue and smear it in long streaks. or get some thing black water and pour it down your cheeks.

well first of all, that's a really poser-ish thing to do and ull look pretty stupid. the whole omg im emo, i cry a lot thing only works if its genuine. put some eye makeup on and find something to cry about, but its kind of ruining the whole idea of the beauty behind the sadness.
umm try washing your eyes with or putting some water on them, then ur mascara will smudge like crazy :) But why would you want that? :s
put on LOADS of mascara and then dip you finger tips in water and flick it onto your eyes and then the mascara will water down like tears
all you need to do is put on mascara(not water proof) and just take a tissue wet it and put it on your eyelashes it will make it looked smudged
put it on ... make yourself cry, then it willl smudge





or you can put on LOTS of mascara and splash water into your eyes then it will run





or you can get the stuff that makes your eyes water really badly and makes your mascara run down your face
You can make your eyeliner smudge and put eye drops to make the mascara run
People with lenses have eye fluid. put your make up on and put some of the fluid in your eyes, blink a few times and some drops will come down like real tears. Let it dry and you done.


It's the best way, because normal water hurts your eyes. This stuff is like real tears only without salt. You can buy at any store where they sell lenses.
squeeze a wet flannel over your eye so one drop rolls down and pulls the eyeliner with it.
get the tip of a tissue and wet it slightly. then smudge your eyeliner down your cheek.
