First off we need to take care of the puffiness and dark circles. For puffiness I would suggest buying cooling eye patches. These can be found at many beauty stores. To treat the dark circles you should also visit a local beauty store and speak to a skin care specialist who can recommend the right cream for you.





But while you get that cream, you can simply conceal the dark circles under your eyes. I don't have a bad case of dark circles at all, but I try to ';illuminate'; my under eye area anyway because this effect helps my eyes pop out a lot more. You can simply buy a concealer that is one shade lighter than your skin tone and smooth it under your eyes. You can also buy a matte highlighting pressed powder and brush it on top of the concealer.





Now that your under eye area is ';lit'; you're ready to go for any look. Smokey eye, natural eye, dramatically colorful eye, it doesn't matter!

Sure! It's all about using concealer first. :) Find a good concealer. Apply your foundation first, then put the concealer under your eyes, in the corner by your nose. Then use your middle or ring finger (since they have less pressure) and gently pat the concealer out to blend it. Then set with powder.
